50 YEAR CELEBRATIONS – PAULINE THOMAS and MELITA WATSON
 Friday 7th May Branxton Lady Golfers paid tribute to Pauline Thomas and Melita Watson with a special luncheon in celebration of their 50 years of membership at Branxton Golf Club. The ladies were honoured for their continued support, dedication, loyalty and achievements during this time. Surrounded by family, friends and several surprise guests from the NHDLGA the ladies were presented with gifts and special certificates as a reminder of their value and standing within the golfing community. Melita also presented Pauline with a beautiful, in-depth pictorial book detailing 50 years of ladies golf at the Branxton Club, which I’m certain will be a treasured item, well done Melita – fantastic job!
With the odd tear shed on the day, Branxton Lady Golfers warmly congratulate both ladies on a fabulous association with the Branxton Golf Club and hope they remember the event as a special one, for many years to come. Melita Watson

Branxton Golf Club again hosted the ALPG Pro-Am this summer (Dec. 09) with a good field of Ladies Professional players mixing it with the amateurs in a highly sucessful competition.
Both Ladies and Men have the opportunity to play in groups with these proffessionals in the Pro-Am
The next Branxton Xstrata LPGA Pro-Am
will be returning to January in 2011
The Dates have been set 8th & 9th January 2011

March also sees the running of the Wine Country Classic for ladies to be played at Hunter Valley Golf & Country Club and at Branxton Golf Club on 23rd & 24th March 2010

ENTRY TO COURSE
All persons are reminded of the requirement that they must call at the Pro-Shop or Office BEFORE entering the golf course. A Fee is payable by all players including members from August 1, 2009.
Membership Cards should be produced upon request. Branxton Golf Course is Private Property.
